REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Return: You have three calendar days to request a refund for the course or product you purchased from us. After the three-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your request must be based on the grounds that you found the course or product not useful . Return will not apply for services already availed like exam , resources , instant connect .
  2. Refund: Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  3. Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your enrollment in our services at any time. If you wish to cancel, please email us at support@intelliedtech.com Upon cancellation, if you are within the three-day refund period and have requested a refund, your refund will be processed as described in the Refunds section above.
  4. Refund/Cancellation Policy: We will process the refund within 15 days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
